From Google Docs to InDesign

Sony announces HVL-F58AM flagship flash unit

iPhone and Flash Lite 3 port: A technical analysis

[Flash Enabled Mobile and Consumer Devices] iPhone technical spec web site boasts upto 30 fps performance for h.264 (mind you the web site says “upto”- which implies that “not to exceed”). There is also a guess that it supports OpenGL and hardware assisted mpeg decode.Flash Lite can be enhanced to take advantage of the hardware acceleration, so this is a plus from Flash point of view.

Why we skip Photoshop

[Signal vs. Noise] Because CSS is more limited than Photoshop in what it can do visually, I was placing those restrictions on my designs (albeit inadvertently—of course I could have gone in to Photoshop just to create a little image here and there, but doing so seemed like a chore, and I had decided I was skipping Photoshop, so it felt counter-productive to use it, even if it really wasn’t). I guess I just wonder if your minimalist, simple, flat, aesthetic is inspired by the tools you use (or in this case, don’t use).
