[US-CERT National Cyber Alert System] An attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities by convincing a user to load a specially crafted Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) file. Acrobat integrates with popular web browsers, and visiting a website is usually sufficient to cause Acrobat to load PDF content.

TWIP » Photoshop CS4 Review - TWIP
[TWIP] It’s a bit rough around the edges and will be looked upon by some as a gimmick, but I think it has tremendous potential and hope Adobe will continue to expand and refine its capabilities. For now, it does a good (but not great) job of allowing photographers to make small adjustments to their canvas size without losing valuable image data.

Quark Express 8 Multilingual
[Good Warez Blog :)] As someone with a publication-design background, I’m skeptical as to how Quark Express 8 would offer more than the Adobe Suite. One feature that might help: You won’t have to switch from several different tools to make designs, like you must in Adobe.

Adobe Photoshop CS4 Image Editing Software
[Yussi Ariefiyono's playground :)] I expect that most Photoshop CS4 owners will continue to run it in its 32-bit form, but over time more people will transition to the 64-bit version, especially as RAM limitations become more imposing. I wish that Adobe would offer 64-bit versions of its other applications–for example, Premiere Pro–but I give it credit for starting with Photoshop.

We worked together with Robert and Jeremiah to assess the impact of this issue, and they determined that it was in our customers’ best interest to refrain from making this issue public until Adobe and web browser vendors have a chance to provide a fix or fixes to our mutual customers.

[Adobe Blogs] This Labs release of AIR has all features implemented for Linux, except support for DRM and badge installations. Major new features include support for system tray icons, keyboard shortcuts, localization, internationalized input (IME support), filetype registration, SWF and PDF in HTML, multi-monitor support, fullscreen mode, encrypted local storage, support for V4L2 cameras and printing.
