[Boing Boing] Adobe doesn't (or didn't, I have no idea now) send their jobs overseas to one dedicated center, but had call centers located globally for each individual market. Several times when I worked there I would receive calls from people with UK licensed software who, despite them living in the US, would have to call the UK to be serviced because each regional center was trained on the unique characters of their licensed software's agreements, installation troubles and odd technical quirks.
