I installed it last week and took the last 4-5 days to go through and do my normal workflow in Lightroom and Photoshop as well as the other apps I use.

[John Nack on Adobe] John Nack on Adobe: A few problems found with Photoshop & Snow Leopard: I'm STILL waiting to hear actual reports of known, common problems with CS3 on Snow Leopard, as everyone assumed. (Part of me actually hopes there IS some serious issue just so I can get them to upgrade to CS4 at work, but that's another story)

[CNET News - Apple] Relax: Photoshop CS3 works on Snow Leopard | Deep Tech - CNET News: If continuing to use CS3 / CS2 / CS or even Photoshop 7 is important to you for the next 18 months, then you will have no problem continuing as you were with plain ol' Leopard on you current computer. If your business / hobby is doing well enough to upgrade your machine, or buy an additional one that doesn't come with 10.5 Leopard, then you're doing well enough to fork out the incremental cost for a CS upgrade.

[John Nack on Adobe] John Nack on Adobe: Information about Photoshop CS3 on Snow Leopard: Bottom line: If Adobe is going to charge as much as it does for software and is happy to have a few customers paying out the a** instead of many more customers who would be willing to buy the software if they could afford it, and by doing so if they are going to literally keep people out of the creative community by price gouging (yes, many would like to work in graphics but can not afford the software), then Adobe should at least support CS3 in Snow Leopard for those poor saps that can not afford (another) upgrade to CS4 when they just bought CS3 last year.
[Underexposed] Adobe's next Lightroom to forsake PowerPC Macs | Underexposed ...: The problem for photographers, with this plan for both Photoshop and Lightroom, is that they are already having to spend $$$ to upgrade their cameras, chasing to keep up with their colleagues/competitors/customers demands. But because Adobe always stop updating old versions "RAW file support" a new camera won't work with the old software and so they also have to spend $$ to upgrade their software.
[Karansangha's Blog] Snow Leopard: What's the hurry to upgrade? « Karansangha's Blog: Running Leopard (10.5) takes 3 percent longer on the test than Snow Leopard/32, and 6 percent longer than Snow Leopard/64. The surprise here is that booting 64-bit Snow Leopard is faster;
[John Nack on Adobe] John Nack on Adobe: Adobe Snow Leopard FAQ: You'd have to stop work on CS5, have a huge paradigm shift to look at the older code/tools/problems, frustrate all your engineering staff doing that (no one wants to look back at bugs they already fixed), reconfigure build machines and test machines (remember Apple's dev tools are tied to OS releases, so to build CS3 you'd have to setup Tiger Machines to build, using old versions of XCode, and debugging can't be native so you must use painful remote debugging, etc.). When you think about it, it quickly becomes impractical.
