http://www.pcdoctor-guide.com/wordpress [The PC Doctor » Here to help!] If you have a graphics tablet installed on your PC then make sure that they you’re not using it that the pan and any wireless mice that come with it are off the tablet surface - trying to navigate with the mouse when the tablet is interfering with the cursor is tricky and erratic and I’ve seen people driven mad by it.
