[Techland] touchscreens due to the lack of a mouse, cursor and the “hover effect” that some Flash apps currently use. While Aaron didn't specifically highlight how Adobe intends to tackle that problem, he did say that the company's playing around with potential solutions and that Adobe believes most Flash apps and videos will still work just fine on touchscreen devices.

[9 to 5 Mac - Apple Intelligence] (And I understand it since Adobe didn't deliver any flash plug in (for MAC)which wasn't buggy -> I know they always tell us about the GPU thing they do on the Windows side, but that can just be a joke if you have so many developers you can't just blame one none existing framework which is the problem, you must find other way around if you are really committed to your product and your users)

When users enable private browsing, games and applications won’t be able to access your normal browsing history, acting as if you have never access the flash application before.

[US-CERT Recently Published Vulnerability Notes] . This ActiveX control contains a use-after-free vulnerability, which can result in heap memory corruption. Note that this vulnerability does not affect systems that have Flash 9 or later installed, as newer versions of the Flash installer will replace the Macromedia Flash control that is provided by Windows.

[Within Windows] While I passed on performing an in-depth technical analysis, I looked at enough to tie the affected code to a ”˜crash logging’ feature that’s enabled, out of the box, for debug builds of Flash. To disable this feature - and work around the bug - simply create a mms.cfg text file in the C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash folder (Syswow64 for 64-bit users) with the line CrashLogEnable=0.

[The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)] Adobe's Flash Player has long been a notorious CPU hog on Macs. Every time I hear my wife's MacBook's fans going off like a cyclone on the other side of the living room, I know it's because she's playing Bejeweled Blitz or some other crazy Flash-based game that's pegging her poor machine's CPU to infinity and beyond.
