Microsoft offers beta of Adobe rival

http://www.lastrider.com [Technology News] I’m a big fan of Adobe Photoshop and use it often however I can’t say the same for Illustrator but a new program that can potentially offer pixel based and vector graphics editing is promising but I personally think that its too little too late with Photoshop releasing CS2 recently and having already established their foot in the market. It will be hard for MS Acrylic to fight into the market specially after the Adobe and Macromedia merger which will surely bring in some new and fresh ideas for future projects.

Some slightly related from Technorati and Google.
