[blog - coda.coza] Presenting v6 - blog - coda.coza: @Martin: I’ve used Flash for the nav simply because it’s easier to maintain a single file than a list of images (with cross-browser transparency issues) marked up in XHTML/CSS. Less than 1% of my visitors will need to upgrade their Flash plugin to view it, but this site wasn’t built with them in mind in any case.
[Comments for Capcom US - The Blog] Capcom US - The Blog » Blog Archive » MotoGP Fans, Tell Us What ...: -And please make the crashes more realistic everyone likes big crashes but all the latest motogp games have the stupidest crashes like the does a back flip when he slides out just pay some close attention to real life high sides and real life low side crashes please and make it where when you do crash you got to run to you bike pick it up bump start it and get back into the race just like in Superbike 2001 for pc but make the bikes actually get real damage that would be so cool to see your bike just shredding apart and faring and parts flying off as its flipping in the air shooting up gravel because you tucked the front end at 140mph and say you do a little crash so the bike gets all scraped up on one side and you get back into the race but if you crash big you have to restart the race like in GRID or NFS prostreet where they have real like body damage.

[Smashing Magazine] Top 10 CSS Table Designs - Smashing Magazine: Since this table is supposed to be read from top to bottom (vertically), adding tr:hover does not help and instead makes it harder to read the data. [jQuery Blog] jQuery: » Death to JavaScript Rock Stars!: I don’t care about designs. If jQuery uses a single page with just those download links to helpful resources,it will work for me.I only care how the thing (jquery.js) is working.Does it fulfill my demand? Is it the most useful library?I think all the answers will be a big ‘YES’.I was really shocked reading those responses on the rockstar logo, banner thing. So all of you use jquery because this site looked professional?LMAO!!!Won’t you use it anymore if the site is changed to an ugly design?Well, here is the sad part of making anything ’so much user friendly’.When the things will be easy to use,it will attract many people(majority of them will be non-professionals).They don’t know whats inside and how it works, they will just see how the site looks(as they are non-professionals).They even have to show their clients jquery.com to get the permission(!!!!) to use jquery. When I work on a project,it depends on me what I will use.If you are client you just check how the things working and if there is any error. It is really a useless community who don’t look inside, don’t respect the hard works, just depends on the outlook.I hope jquery.com will be redesigned to give it more professional look so those non-professional end users get the feeling of being professionals when they come here.
